Ok, now as much as I love to cook, I’m not much of a huuuuuge fan of making desert. Why? I like savoury things much more. So, I have kinda specialized in speedy deserts. Yummy things that don’t take up much time. Sounds good, right?
Here is one of my absolute favorite 5 minute cheesecakes by one of my favorite Chefs from Barcelona Matteo Spinelli @_spinellino - served on our very special tabledots placemat LEONARDO.
500 gr cream cheese
100 ml cream
90 gr sugar
1 tablespoon flower
Mix everything in the blender, it’s very liquid. IMPORTANT fill into a silicone cake pan, if you don’t have one of those, use a cake pan that is fully closed (not a springform). Bake for 40minutes as 200c.
PS: tabledots LEONARDO is our first reversible tabledots model. Cool, right?
